Slow as a dog, support has the nerve to say the issue is the ISP and their VPN protocol.
News flash windscribe uses the same common protocol as other VPN and others I have used are just fine and fast.
They either throttle the bandwidth on the free account or their servers are overly saturated.
In any case not a good VPN server as part of a Eyes program alliance which can't be trusted.
I merely tested their service to see how fast it was and it was dismally slow.

Yes I contacted support, you know what your "support" rep told me, contact your ISP lol. Your support is clueless. My ISP has nothing to do with your dismal speeds, other VPN work just fine, ExpressVPN and Trust.Zone both work very well without any throttling and I'm on a 1Gb pipe with my ISP. It is pathetic your support suggested I contact the ISP. There is no configuration issues either on the client side, easy for you to blame rather than just admitting you heavily throttle free accounts or your servers are over saturated!

There is nothing gimmick about the IC alliance programs, perhaps you shouldn't be so short sided with your ignorance to dismiss it, but why would you, Canada is part of the alliance.

Here is a thought, maybe you should stop miss-leading people. When I need a reliable VPN service which does not throttle its users or their servers are so saturated it makes the VPN unusable that is a problem. To come out here to spew lies and falsehoods about the IC Alliance program is sad, than top it off with a poor example counter to your own argument is just funny at best. This is further why you got a 1 star review, windscribe is no where near the top of the VPN tier list for these reasons.
Needless to say, when you spread falsehoods about the well known IC Alliance program, are less than forthcoming of the truth, there is no reason to entertain this VPN when there are plenty of others who actually provide reliable services and offer Public Log audits which windscribe does not! Facts matter!!!

Final response: windscribe is not only SLOW as a dog, they are now proven to be Dishonest and Liars. Facts proven by security experts and VPN researchers. Sad and pathetic to say the least on windscribe part to come here and spread lies. Don't take my word, just do your own research on which VPN companies have public open Audits on logging.
I will gladly share the email communication with Trustpilot or anyone else who wants to see the level of support these cons offer, but not with these Liars at windscribe who spread falsehoods and lies.
Windscribe like trump supporters have a very hard time with Facts, they put out false information to fit their narrative like their blog. It is not only comical but sad. The information is out there, the only delusional people are at windscribe who think the IC alliance program is fake or the public audit logs reputable VPN providers provide is also fake.
